From leadership to lasting change.
Lee started his career in senior management in the IT industry, then transitioned into consulting. This experience gave him a real understanding of what it means to lead, how to get things done well, how to communicate effectively and the challenges that come with being in charge of others.
In the late 1990s, he honed his skills as a professional corporate coach with the ICF and started guiding senior professionals. This passion for understanding how people evolve then sparked his interest in Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP.

THE 1990s
Clinical practice begins
Having trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Counselling and NLP, Lee teamed up with psychologists and psychiatrists to support their clinical work, all while starting his own hypnotherapy practice.
THE 2000s
Advanced training and teaching
Lee continued studying NLP and hypnosis to Trainer level with some of the top names in the industry (Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna, et al.) , while delivering NLP training to corporate teams and private groups.
2026
A focused return to NLP training
Lee returned with a shorter two-day course centred on practical NLP change patterns. Not therapy training or months of abstract theory just what works and when to apply it.

Lee trained in NLP and hypnosis with Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna, John Grinder, and other leading professionals, spanning a wide range of therapeutic interventions. His skills have been honed through years of client work, corporate coaching and live training.

WHY LEE TEACHES THIS COURSE
NLP should be easy to use, effective and based on real-world experience.
After retiring from his practice in 2021, Lee took a break from private practice and training. In 2023, he launched the Hypnosis Daily YouTube channel, offering free online access to clinical hypnotherapy sessions.
His NLP training in 2026 is all about showing a few useful change patterns through examples, hands-on practice and constructive feedback, while also setting clear guidelines on when and how to use them.
This workshop teaches NLP skills, but it doesn’t make participants therapists or encourage them to work outside their professional boundaries.
